The quality of any construction project can be no better than the subcontractors who build them, and each subcontractor working on our projects is afforded the respect and consideration to which he is entitled as a member of our construction team.
If you are a new subcontractor and would like to introduce yourself to us, please fill out our contractor qualification form and email or fax it to us. We will review it promptly and notify you as to your eligibility to bid on our projects. We also welcome your forwarding us your product literature. Please be sure to include contact information. If you are an individual seeking professional employment in the project management or construction consulting area, please feel free to forward your resume to us at info@vennencompany.com. Bid documents are available to subcontractors who are bidding on our projects. If you are on our bidders list and have given a password, bid packages, instructions, and documents are available for you to view and download. Our Subcontractor area is reserved for subcontractors on our current projects. A password is issued by our office to provide access to current project schedules, meeting schedules, agendas and minutes, construction documents, billing instructions, notices, and other project information that we post for the convenience of our subcontractors. |
