We work with our clients to assist in the planning and execution of their entire construction program. Typical program management services include organizing the overall construction program, identifying project sequencing and timing, preliminary budgeting and scheduling, resource planning, funding, property evaluation, and many other items. For remote projects, we make ourselves available for travel as necessary. We have worked in many parts of the U. S. and Hawaii, so we are able to draw on our previous experience in the planning process.

Providing project management teams for the design and construction of new buildings and renovation projects are core business segments of Vennen Company. We maintain complete, up-to-date management systems, including in-house developed systems as needed for special project data-management assignments. We provide professionally-trained, experienced on-site and off-site management personnel, and we manage all aspects of the design, bid, permitting, and construction process through punchlist, occupancy and closeout. We also assist with management of

the warranty process, and we maintain our availability in the event of claims or other post-construction matters.

Our projects are all linked electronically via the internet with our corporate office with a VPN (Virtual Private Network), enabling our job site and home office personnel to work from the same data source and field personnel are able to work with software applications that reside on our secure file server. This provides real time access to all project data by all project personnel, irrespective of the project location anywhere in the world. Data backups are made continually, providing maximum security for project data in the event of job-site vandalism or catastrophe.
