ennen Company provides professional construction management services to developers, prime contractors, corporations and other construction users in a variety of construction markets. The nature of our services varies with the needs of our clients, and we pride


ourselves on our ability to provide the exact resources that the individual project assignment requires. We are uniquely capable of providing a maximum level of flexibility because we have assembled systems, techniques, and procedures based on over 34 years of general construction experience in a variety of construction markets into a tightly-organized team run by professionals who are committed to providing a superior level of construction service at the lowest possible cost to our clients. Our services vary with the unique requirements of

each assignment. We provide complete design-build services and project teams, including on-site and off-site staff for some projects, while others may require a single site manager with office backup. Some projects may require occasional involvement for project oversight or specialized services, such as schedule consulting, claims, project accounting, estimating, or owner representation for retrofit or other smaller projects. Our business is focused in the Chicagoland area, although we have worked in various construction markets in the continental U. S. and Hawaii. We travel as required for our project assignments.

We are owned and staffed by seasoned construction professionals, some of whom have spent their entire careers in the construction industry, and others who have transferred into the construction industry from other industries. We management, engineering, and technical specialists on our team to supplement our core capabilities in construction management.
