| We have extensive professional training in CPM scheduling, and have scheduled hundreds of projects ranging from simple residential renovations to housing projects of several hundred units, high rise buildings, commercial, retail, industrial, and many other projects.
Our critical path system of choice is Primavera (P6). This system is recognized as an industry leader, and has innumerable features that contribute to the effective management of our projects. The system is simple enough to use on very small projects, and capable enough to construct any project. We are available to use MS Project and Suretrack if required for specific projects. We provide Design Phase Schedules to assist in organizing and conducting the various activities associated with design and other preconstruction activities. Utilizing CPM technology for the design phase provides all the parties with a structured, time-driven process that helps keep projects from bogging down while also enabling the identification of issues and bottlenecks. The results invariably include lower design costs, more complete construction documents, and control of the overall duration of the design phase of the project. |
