Complete project accounting is a standard function for our projects, but we also provide project accounting as a separate service. Our clients do not need to maintain an accounting system, accounting personnel or other resources for projects that we manage. We set up each client as a separate organization in our construction accounting system, and client projects are maintained in separate, secure files.

| Each project is set up with an initial budget for all anticipated project costs. Budgets are changed when scope changes are made or change orders are executed, and all job costs and expenses incurred during construction are tracked against the budget. At the end of each month, additional costs to complete each item are calculated, and revised project forecasts are produced. We manage all subcontractor invoices, pay applications, waivers, and associated title company matters as part of our accounting service. Incidental expenses are also managed and paid through a client-funded account |

for each project. This eliminates the necessity for client involvement in the accounting process. Full documentation and reporting of all costs, funds transfers, payments, and other accounting matters is maintained and periodic cash reporting to clients and their accounting firms is made automatically.
For larger projects run by a separate L.L.C or joint venture, complete company accounting services are available, including payroll, operating and financial statements, and other company accounting functions. We can also manage the business registration, licensure, and regulatory registrations attendant to the set up of separate business ventures. |
