Vennen Company is currently accepting resumes and indication of interest from candidates for the following site-based positions for upcoming negotiated projects in Algeria:

Apartment complex - Algiers
This project is new construction of a 900 unit low-income housing project for the Algerian government. Construction is anticipated to begin in January 2009, and will last about 16 months. Algiers is the capitol city of Algeria, and is located in northern Algeria, bordering on the Mediterranean Sea.

University project – Tipaza
This is new construction of a university building complex, valued at approximately $120 million (US). Construction is anticipated to start in early 2009, and will last approximately two years. Tipaza, the capitol of Tipaza Province, is a coastal town approximately 50 km from Algiers.

Resumes are being accepted for the following positions on both projects:

• Construction Executive/Branch Manager
• Project Manager
• Assistant Project Manager
• Superintendent
• Assistant Superintendent (concrete, electrical, or mechanical background)
• Project Engineer/Document controls specialist
• Construction Accountant
• Expediter/Logistics Coordinator
• Equipment mechanic and maintenance manager

Requirements for consideration of all positions include:

• Education and job experience commensurate with positions applied for
• Fluent English or French, and willingness to become fluent in both (training provided)
• OSHA 10 hour certification and willingness to obtain OSHA 30 hour certification (training provided)
• Clear background check
• Qualification for work visa for Algeria
